WARNING!!! Shredder's Back...More Pissed Than Ever

You better believe it.
The bully is back in town. And guess what? He decided not only to take his vengeance out on unpopular nerds like Max, but also on the gorgeous sophisticated teens that no bully ever touches. Or bothers to.
Like, let's say as an example, Ulric.
Shredder had not once threatened the freak this year. Because Ulric, in the minds of unaware preps, is one attracting wolf. (I mean really. I have heard more than once "He's made for me!" and "I love his hair!" when the preppy girls talk about Ulric). But today, he came out looking like he got the potato-face treatment, saying that the thug Shredder had wrecked his perfect looks.
I flicked him off.
He asked, "What time?"
When no one was looking, I smacked him. There's an example of what our common relationship is like as a reluctant family.
But it was at lunch when I noticed Shredder had his eye set on another familiar face. A face I cannot help adoring.
You guessed it.
Aleron.
And just as I thought, he caught Aleron in the hall unaware, and was smashing his head against the locker. I know this because I was in the bathroom and heard noises from outside the door. Walking out of the bathroom was like walking into a one-to-one war zone.
I'll tell you one thing, Aleron was a shrimp compared to the hulking mass of muscles and big bones that made up Shredder. Not like he was short or anything. Aleron is taller than me, and I'm taller than a majority of the high schoolers in my school, but only by a fraction. Trinity, on the other hand, is a frickin' giant.
Shredder had his back to me when I came out of the bathroom. He was holding Aleron in the air with one hand securely around Aleron's neck.
"What the f*ck are you made of!?!" Shredder boomed. "You be a twig to weigh as much as you do!"
For your convenience, I'll let you know that Aleron is not skinny. He's very fit.
Aleron noticed me, and started giving me a look that screamed "get the heck out of here!!!" But Shredder noticed the looks, and turned to me.
"If it ain't that red-head b*tch," he said in a surprisingly cold tone. He dropped Aleron and advanced toward me, making me press against the wall. He put his hands against it casually, caging me in. This situation was creeping me out.
"You know what b*tch?" he said. "You really piss me off."
"Well I'm terribly sorry about that Shredder," I said with a smile I hoped was Innocent. "I'd be happy to discuss this later if you would like. But right now I really must be attending business that really needs to be attended to." I tried to duck under his burly arms, but he caught me.
"You ain't going nowhere," said Shredder, reaching into his black leather jacket. "There are people out there in the world who wish to have you back, Red. Some of them wish you was dead. Including me." He pulled a gun from his jacket.
What in the world was he talking about?!? It was freaking me out almost too much.
"Leave her alone!" Suddenly Aleron had launched himself at Shredder, with his foot colliding into his side. Shredder grunted, and the next thing I knew I was running down the hall, going super fast, with Aleron pulling me. We were outside in the cold when we stopped.
"What was that!?!" I said. There was no need to regain breath after that run. Air sacs you know.
"Shredder threatening to kill you?" said Aleron. I shook my head in disbelief, but not from what Aleron said.
"What did he mean when he said that there is people who want me back?" I said, having a thought but not wanting to believe it.
"You know as well as I," said Aleron. I scowled. There was something funny about the way he said that.
"Just hope you don't know much," I said. I pushed past him, heading to my next class.
What the heck is going on?
